The Deluxxe Privacy policy

Terms of use

Last updated September 29, 2026

These terms cover The Deluxxe page at meatbagmade.com/the-deluxxe/, including its tape links and printable J-cards. The Deluxxe is a family band run by Odawni and Kevin under Meatbag Made. By using the page, you agree to these terms. Questions go to meatbagmade@gmail.com.

Listening

You are welcome to listen as much as you like. Our original songs belong to Meatbag Made. The covers are our versions of other people's songs, and those songs belong to their writers. Please don't re-upload our recordings, sell them, or use them in your own projects without asking us first. If you want to own the music, Bandcamp is the place to buy it.

Tapes and J-cards

Make as many tapes and J-cards as you like for yourself, your family and your friends. Please don't sell them.

Sounds you send to the cook

When you send a sound through Tell the cook, you are telling us that:

You also give us permission to use the sound in our music, and to share and change it as part of that music, for free and for as long as the music exists. You still own your recording. If we use it in a song, we credit you by the name you gave, or as a listener if you left the name blank. We don't have to use every sound we receive.

If you change your mind before a sound ends up in a song, email us and we will delete it. Once it is part of a released song, we can't take it out, but we will stop crediting you by name if you ask.

Email for Today's special

If you sign up, we send you one email when the next special is served, and nothing else. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your address.

Fair use of the page

Please don't try to break the page, flood the request line or the sign-up, or reach the private parts of the server. We may block anyone who does.

No promises

We are a family band, not a company. We make this page for fun and do our best to keep it working, but it is offered as it is, and songs, features or the whole page may change or go away. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using it.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update them here and change the date at the top.
